Terms of Service
Draft updated: September 10, 2026
These terms are a draft pending confirmation of the operator’s legal identity, jurisdiction, and legal review before launch.
1. About the service
FounderHub lets founders create public profiles, showcase projects, and discover other builders. These terms describe the conditions for using the service. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not create an account or submit content.
FounderHub V1 is free. There are no subscriptions, payment processing, or paid placements.
2. Your account
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Sign in using a Google account you are authorized to use, provide accurate information, and protect access to that account. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a project or business. Contact us if you believe your FounderHub account has been compromised.
3. Profiles and publication
You choose the profile and project information you submit. Selecting Publish makes your profile and projects publicly accessible. Saved changes to a published profile take effect publicly. Your username becomes permanent after first publication.
Only submit information you are comfortable sharing. Uploaded photos and logos have public URLs, even while a profile is a draft. Public information may be indexed, copied, or shared by others; FounderHub cannot remove copies held by independent websites or search engines.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have permission to use any text, photos, logos, links, and other material you provide.
You give FounderHub a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, format, and display your content as needed to operate the service, including profile cards and sharing images. This includes processing by service providers acting for FounderHub. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated use of your content.
When content is removed, this permission ends for future public display, except for limited retention needed for backups, security, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not disclose someone else’s confidential or personal information without authorization.
- Do not use misleading project claims, fabricated revenue, spam, malicious links, or impersonation.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass ownership controls, introduce malware, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use automated access in a way that overloads the service or circumvents technical restrictions.
6. Project claims and external websites
Profile details, project claims, and revenue figures are supplied by users and are not independently verified by FounderHub. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee. Revenue figures are informational, not financial advice.
External websites, Google sign-in, and social-sharing services have their own terms and privacy practices. Any dealings with a listed founder or project are separate from FounderHub.
7. Removal and account restrictions
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or legal requirements. Where practical and permitted, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about the decision.
You may stop using the service at any time and permanently delete your account from the account page. To report content or ask for help with deletion, contact vellannadarajan@yahoo.com. We may need to verify ownership before handling an account request.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep FounderHub useful and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important content. We may change features or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance or security.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. These terms do not promise a particular level of exposure, traffic, business results, or accuracy of user-submitted information.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, profile, project, and technical information is handled, including the services used to operate FounderHub.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will identify the revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect. Where required, we will ask for renewed agreement.
11. Contact and disputes
For questions, reports, or concerns about these terms, email vellannadarajan@yahoo.com. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. This does not restrict your right to seek a remedy through a court or regulator available under applicable law.
The operator’s legal identity and any applicable governing-law provision will be confirmed before these draft terms are finalized.
