Privacy Policy

Draft updated: September 11, 2026

This policy is a draft pending confirmation of the operator’s legal identity and a review of the production configuration before launch.

About FounderHub

FounderHub lets people create public founder profiles, showcase projects, and discover other founders. This policy explains the information involved in using that service. FounderHub is free and does not collect payment-card information or process payments.

Information we handle

  • Account information provided through Google sign-in, such as your email address, name, profile image, and account identifier, together with session information used to keep you signed in.
  • Profile information you provide, including your name, username, bio, country, personal website, social links, and uploaded photo. Previously saved location and tag information may also remain in existing profiles.
  • Project information, such as names, descriptions, websites, categories, statuses, logos, and optional self-reported revenue.
  • Technical information processed to deliver and protect the service, which may include IP addresses, request URLs, browser information, timestamps, and error or security logs.

Public profiles and uploaded images

Publishing makes your founder profile and projects visible to other visitors, including people who are not signed in. Revenue is displayed when you choose to show it. Your account email is not included in the public profile unless you independently put it in public content.

Uploaded profile photos and project logos use public storage URLs, including while a profile is a draft. Do not upload confidential images. Public content can be copied, shared, or indexed by search engines, and external copies may remain after changes or removal.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, save and display profiles and projects, support discovery and sharing, maintain the website, and investigate technical issues or misuse. We do not use payment processing or revenue-verification integrations; revenue is supplied by the founder.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication uses session cookies so you can stay signed in and manage your profile. Blocking these cookies can prevent sign-in from working.

FounderHub uses Umami for aggregate website analytics, such as page views, referring websites, approximate location, and browser or device information. Analytics is configured without analytics cookies, excludes URL query strings, and respects browser Do Not Track settings.

Service providers

We use the following services for the purposes listed. Their own policies describe how they handle information within their respective roles.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Exact hosting regions and applicable transfer arrangements depend on the service configuration.

Retention and security

Account, profile, and project records are retained to provide the service. Backup and technical-log retention depends on provider settings and operational needs. Removal from active records may not immediately remove backup copies or content retained independently by others.

The application uses authentication and ownership checks to restrict private records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can edit profile details and manage projects from your account. A username becomes permanent after publication. You can choose whether to display project revenue. You can also permanently delete your active FounderHub account data—including your authentication account, profile, projects, revenue information, and uploaded images—from your account page. Independent copies and provider backups or technical logs may remain for their applicable retention periods.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. For privacy questions or requests, contact vellannadarajan@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

External links

Founder profiles and projects may link to other websites. Visiting those websites or using social-sharing services is subject to their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as FounderHub or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
